The Narungga Nation is made up of four clan groups, each connected to a totem and a distinct region of Guuranda (Yorke Peninsula): Garrdi, Emu (east), Wawi, Female Red Kangaroo (north), Widhadha, Shark (south), and Wildu, Eagle (west).
The Narungga Nation Aboriginal Corporation represents and supports the Narungga people of Guuranda (Yorke Peninsula), working to protect Country, strengthen culture, and empower community. As the peak body for our Nation, NNAC leads work across governance, economic development, cultural heritage, and land and sea management.
