We are pleased to announce the appointment of Lorraine Merrick as Acting Chief Executive Officer, Narungga Nation Aboriginal Corporation whilst Doug Milera, NNAC CEO is on leave.
Lorraine, an Arabana woman from Finniss Springs on the Oodnadatta Track region, carries with her a deep commitment to community and Country. She has extensive experience supporting Aboriginal organisations, including Prescribed Body Corporations and Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisations.
She has already spent valuable time meeting with Narungga community members at Point Pearce and looks forward to continuing these connections with community, stakeholders, and government partners.
The Board is proud to welcome Lorraine into this role, trusting in her integrity and dedication, and is thankful for her strong leadership during her time with NNAC.
